Are sessions done only on zoom?

Most sessions are on zoom, however, they can be done without video or on the phone. Most clients prefer the video experience of a zoom call. All sessions are virtual.

How long are your coaching sessions?

The coaching sessions are approximately fifty-five minutes in length.

Is there a particular structure or particular topics you cover in coaching?

With my organic approach to coaching, there isn’t always a set structure. I support my clients to release their limiting beliefs while working towards creating a life they love. Generally, the topics discussed are: 

  • Reprogramming the subconscious mind

  • Creating better daily habits/creating a morning routine

  • Exploring your dreams/getting into the growth zone

  • Addressing any habitual negative emotions/shadow work

  • Managing stress

  • Meditation, breath-work, moving the body, nourishment, nature, social needs

  • Cultivating more self love

  • Goal setting/reaching your desired outcomes

  • Dopamine detoxes

  • Visualization/Vision Boards/Manifestation

  • How to feel empowered, confident, joyful, purposeful and to awaken

What’s your coaching style like?

Typically during a coaching session, I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to speak freely. I usually ask deep and reflective questions that may create optional homework. Each coaching session is unique and tailored to suit the individual client’s needs in that particular session.

How many mindset coaching sessions does the average person need?

Everyone is different and experiences unique challenges throughout their life. This means that the level of support each person requires during that particular phase in their life may differ. I usually recommend that clients come for at least six consecutive coaching sessions because real change occurs over time, through consistency and a commitment to change and growth. Some clients stay with me long-term and some have only needed it short-term.

What else do I need to know about coaching?

Coaching is highly beneficial for anyone who is ready to dive deeper into self discovery. It is meant for persons who are committed to their growth journey and who want to feel fully supported during the process. Coaching provides accountability.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for any person who wants to radically step into a space of self exploration, self love and deeper connection with his or her self. It is for persons who are willing to do the inner work in order to create a healthier, happier and more enjoyable life experience. Coaching can significantly improve your relationship with yourself and others, transform your finances, improve your physical health and help you move towards your goals & dreams.
